TeACHING METHOD
How many lessons a student needs depends on each student. After 2 to 3 lessons we can determine approximately how many lessons the student will need to pass the exam. We work with a structured and clear lesson plan. Our driving school works with an instruction progress card. The instructional progress card is used to track your progress as a student and is reviewed and completed with you at the end of each lesson. This way you can see where we have gone and we keep a good overview.
As soon as you have mastered the first steps sufficiently and independently, we move on to the next one.
It starts with operating the vehicle, after which we move on to simple traffic situations. This involves special operations (like turning the car around). In this part of the training it is important that you have knowledge of the theory. It is desirable to start your theory as soon as you start the practical lessons. Once you have mastered the special operations, we will challenge you with more complex situations.
The interim test (TTT) will then take place at the CBR. This test serves to provide both of us with an overview of your progress. After this test, you will receive feedback from the CBR examiner to understand what you may still need to work on to pass your practical exam in one go. You can also get an exemption during the TTT. This means that if you perform at least 2 special operations correctly, you no longer have to perform them during your practical exam.
